Specifically, the programs involve the pick-up, cleaning, sorting, and refinishing of most types of electrodes in batches. For our customers who also ask us to recoat electrodes with our titanium coatings, we individually test every single electrode for overall taper conformity. Every electrode that passes through Huys Industries has an inspection for overall length, appearance, and acceptability.
